The regular monthly meeting was held April  3^rd  2012 at the Bedford American Legion.

All lodge officers were present except President Kovel and Chaplain Flanagan.

Vice President Cornelius led the members in attendance with the Pledge of Allegiance and opening prayer.

MOTION made by Brother Neil and second by brother Sechoka to waive the reading of the previous minutes. Motion passed.

SICKNESS AND DISTRESS – Associate member and PA DOT Officer from Bedford Leroy “Butch” Packard passed away.

REPORTS OF FINANCIAL SECRETARY/TREASURER – Treasurers report provided by Brother Cunningham and Special accounts report provided by Vice President Darrin Cornelius.

MOTION made by brother Bob Kovel and second by brother Leon Wagner to accept the reports. Motion passed.

READING OF COMMUNICATIONS –Bedford, Centre, and Fulton County Camp Cadet sends Thanks for the generous donation to their camps.

GOOD OF THE ORDER – Vice President Cornelius spoke about current contract negotiations and issues involving the PSP and current Budget.

MOTION made by Brother Max Shaffer and second by Brother Sechoka to pay the bills against the Lodge, Motion passed.

MOTION made by Brother Sechoka to Adjourn, second by Brother Mowery, motion passed.
