The regular monthly meeting was held August 7^th 2012 at Lake Raystown, Huntingdon PA.

All lodge officers were present except Chaplain Flanagan, Conductor Hetzel, and Guard Johns.

President Kovel led the members in attendance with the Pledge of Allegiance and opening prayer.

MOTION made by Brother Neil and second by brother Baker to waive the reading of the previous minutes. Motion passed.

REPORTS OF FINANCIAL SECRETARY/TREASURER – Treasurers report provided by Brother Cunningham.

MOTION made by brother Bob Kovel and second by brother Patrick to accept the reports. Motion passed.

REPORTS OF COMMITTEES –

Brother Mcgarvey spoke reference Delgrosso park family picnic.

Vice President Cornelius reminds members to start turning in sold gun tickets and START SELLING THE UNSOLD TICKETS!

MOTION to accept the reports by brother Hawk and second by brother Lynn. Motion passed.
