The regular monthly meeting was held Feb. 5th 2013, at Woody’s BBQ in Huntingdon Co. PA

All Lodge officers were present except Trustees Brother Bob Kovel, Brother Neil, and Chaplain Flanagan.

President Kovel led the members in attendance with the Pledge of Allegiance and opening prayer.

MOTION made by Brother Friedenberger and second by Brother Cummings to deviate from usual business so guest speakers could address those in attendance. Motion passed.

Guest speakers George Zanic and Greg Jackson spoke to the members and stressed their running for Judge in Huntingdon County.

MOTION made by Brother Campbell and second by Brother Bill Wagner to waive the reading of the previous minutes. Motion passed.

SICKNESS AND DISTRESS – None

REPORTS OF FINANCIAL SECRETARY/TREASURER – Treasurers report provided by Brother Cunningham and Brother Hetzel with special accounts report being provided by Brother Cornelius.

MOTION made by Brother Hanna and second by Brother Lupey to accept the reports. Motion passed.

REPORTS OF COMMITTEES – None

BALLOTING OF CANIDIDATES – Received one application for ACTIVE membership, Tim Lear – PSP Mcconnellsburg – Paid in full.

Motion to accept by Brother Campbell, second by brother Baker. Motion passed.

 READING OF COMMUNICATIONS – Mceldowney Academic Scholarship Fund requested a donation.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS – New Lodge officers sworn in by past President Brother Freidenberger. Those present and sworn in, President Cornelius, Vice President Kovel, Secretary Evans, Treasurer Hetzel, Trustee Leon Wagner, and Guard Johns.

NEW BUSINESS – None

GOOD OF THE ORDER – Vice President Kovel spoke about the January Round Robin.

Brother Cunningham spoke about the meeting with the Captain.

MOTION made by brother Hanna and second by brother Lynn’s to donate $200.00 to the MAC scholarship fund. Motion passed.

MOTION made by Brother Bill Wagner to endorse Zanic for Judge. Second by brother Sneath. Motion passed.

MOTION made by Brother Cummings and second by Brother Johns to pay the bills against the Lodge, Motion passed.

MOTION made by Brother Friedenberger and seconded by brother Sechoka to Adjourn. Motion passed
