The regular monthly meeting was held June 5^th 2012, at the Knights of Columbus in Hollidaysburg PA.

All lodge officers were present except Treasurer Cunningham, Chaplain Flanagan, and Guard Johns.

President Kovel led the members in attendance with the Pledge of Allegiance and gave the opening prayer.

MOTION made by Brother Neil and second by Brother Shaffer to waive the reading of the previous minutes. Motion passed.

SICKNESS AND DISTRESS – Brother Orvis Rowles mother passed away.

FOP Family Picnic is Tuesday July 10^th 2012 at Bland’s Park.

READING OF COMMUNICATIONS – The Lodge received a thank you letter from the area Special Olympics for our donation towards the same.

David FREED is running for Attorney General and asked the Lodge to consider endorsing him.

GOOD OF THE ORDER – President Kovel spoke about the upcoming contract negotiations and May Round Robin.

MOTION made by brother Roland and second by brother Stanek to endorse FREED for Attorney General. Motion passed.

MOTION made by Brother Bob Kovel and second by Brother Guyer to pay the bills against the Lodge, Motion passed.

MOTION made by Brother Stanek and seconded by brother Guyer to Adjourn. Motion passed
